Do You Recommend This Credit Card?

No
The Car Care credit card is a tough offer with it's exorbitant interest rate at 29.99%. The one redeeming factor is the finance offer of no interest for 6 months on purchases greater than $199. There are much better credit alternatives than CarCareOne. If you need a major car repair you are better off applying for a small personal loan, or applying for a credit card with a longer no interest period than 6 months many cards give customers 12 to 18 months of 0% interest.
Those who are out of options and need to avoid paying a huge car repair bill right away. You should consider applying for this credit card if you have poor credit and have been declined by other card issuers.

Is The Interest Rate Competitive

No, the interest rate is terrible. In fact most of the auto repair cards available to consumers have a higher than normal interest rate. Although the Federal Reserve has raised the base interest rate this credit card's rate remains unchanged, unlike many cards that raised their rates in response to the Federal Reserve's rate hike.

How Do You Like the Rewards

This credit offers no rewards program for having an account, but you can check for car service coupons on their website.
