The QuicksilverOne from Capital One is a cash reward credit card off that's available for consumers with fair or little credit history. It should be stated that this credit account comes with an annual fee of $39, but gives unlimited cash back at 1.5% of the purchase amount.

If you know you have a good or excellent credit rating you may want to see how the QuicksilverOne compares to the Capital One Quicksilver offers as they all share the same rewards program, but have lower interest rates.

On the application page from Capital One it recommends individuals who have not been declined for a line of credit within the last three months may qualify for the QuicksilverOne if they also have a low credit score. If someone has been declined for a line of credit within the previous three months it is recommended to not apply for this credit card offer until a later time.
