The standard Sears store credit card and Shop Your Way MasterCard both offer special financing for specific purchases. The MasterCard comes with an additional sign-up bonus offer.

It's unclear how much longer Sears will stay afloat as it continues to close stores across the US. The closing of stores follows the parent company Sears Holdings successfully filing for bankruptcy in 2018. Maybe they will be able to pivot towards an online store like Amazon with the on-going coronavirus pandemic.
